Terms of Service

By accessing ScaleUpBiz's website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any applicable statement of work. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

ScaleUpBiz provides done-for-you AI automation services including AI receptionist, chatbots, websites, and reputation management, built and operated inside the GoHighLevel platform. The scope, deliverables, and timeline of each engagement are defined in your individual statement of work.

One-time build fees are invoiced as agreed and are due before work commences or at milestones set out in your quote. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a month-to-month basis unless a fixed term is agreed in writing. All amounts are in Australian dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes.

Monthly services may be cancelled with at least 14 days' written notice before your next billing date. One-time build fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

You agree to provide accurate business information, timely access to accounts and assets we need, and to use our services lawfully. You are responsible for the content and conduct of your own business and for complying with laws relevant to your industry.

We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Custom builds delivered to you are licensed to you for your business use. Your existing brand and content remain yours at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScaleUpBiz's liability for any claim arising out of these terms or our services is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising will be submitted to the courts of Victoria.
