Privacy Policy

ScaleUpBiz ("we", "us") collects information you provide directly — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you share during a strategy call or in enquiry forms. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and device type when you browse our website.

When we build AI systems inside GoHighLevel on your behalf, the data captured by those systems (lead enquiries, call transcripts, bookings) is governed by the GoHighLevel platform and your own account settings.

Our site uses essential cookies and similar technologies to keep forms working, remember preferences, and measure traffic in aggregate. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may not function as intended.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate, including GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, and AI tooling), email and calendar providers, and analytics. Each processes data under its own privacy policy and applicable Australian law. We never sell your personal information to anyone.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver and support our services, send relevant updates you've opted into, and improve our website and offerings. We retain enquiry data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@scaleupbiz.com.au.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to safeguard your information in line with industry practice.
